Extreme DreamsExtreme Dreams gives deserving members of the public the chance to realise their dreams and conquer some of the world's most extreme environments and embark on a voyage of personal discovery where they will be tested mentally, physically and emotionally on this journey of a lifetime.

The candidates will have to overcome trekking across ice-covered peaks, descend thousands of feet into scorching hot valleys and endure everything that the wilderness can throw at them. Pushed to their mental and physical limits, this journey will change their lives forever, if they make it to the end.
